Service Description

A personal and prescriptive service. A consultation and postural analysis will determine which specific exercises will be prescribed to provide the perfect workout plan.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately due to the restriction of participants and the fact it is a fund raising event, there can be no refunds for cancellation. You are welcome to sell on or re-gift your place but please advise of the new participants name and details asap.
